Job Specifications

  • Be a member of the business development team for promoting waste water additives business Pan India and meeting the Company targets
  • Render high quality technical services to provide solutions to customer problems relating to waste water treatment
  • Maintaining PR with existing clients
  • Gathering information on Market potential and opportunities, sharing market intelligence with the team members and adapting to winning business strategies
  • Prepare techno – commercial proposals for customers, follow up to getting orders and executing the suppliers
  • Coordinate with R&D and Production to develop product formulation suited to the customer’s needs
  • Provide after sale service including follow up for payments
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing team and ensure to deliver optimum business results.
  • Provide leadership to the team.
  • Carry out special assignments and projects relating to waste water treatment and our business in this field

Person specification: 

  • Graduate in Environmental Science / Environmental Engineering / Microbiology / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Chemical Engineers
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years in Sales  with passion for environment
  • Willingness to travel Pan India extensively.
  • Should have a passion for the environment
