Qualification / Experience:

  • Graduate in any stream is preferred
  • Minimum 3+ of work experience in related field

Job Description:

  • Managing all the admin and process structures of the company.
  • Setting SOP’s and training the team to drive these processes smoothly.
  • Overseeing all the admin functions of the company.
  • Responsible for timely renewals of licenses, registrations and compliance requirements.
  • Giving timely support for all admin and IT issues fro internal staff.
  • EA and front desk support as and when required.

Person Specifications:

  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
  • Strong Follow up Skills & Administrative skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to Multitask and flexible
  • Ability to drive and implement systems and processes.
  • Go getter attitude required
  • Good EQ
