Major portion of household waste is discharged into septic tanks. Household waste often harbours chemicals which compromise the efficiency of the inherent microbes present in septic tanks. Septic system failures begin from small problems like building up of bottom sludge, overfilling of the tank or sewage surfacing on the ground around the tank. All these are indicative of one cardinal underlying problem i.e. failure of the septic system bacteria to degrade the sewage efficiently.

Most septic tanks embody anaerobic conditions. Oxygen molecules serve the role of effective electron acceptors. In its absence, growth of several microbes is hindered. These organisms cannot degrade the organic matter in the tanks efficiently. Small hassles can ultimately result in the total failure of the septic system. Therefore, a timely remedial step is required to restore the beneficial flora of the septic system.

Advanced microbial technology provides the ultimate solution to all septic system woes. An optimum blend of robust microbes can not only tolerate the adverse conditions but also efficiently handle variable shock loads that are undeniably encountered in the septic system.

Bioclean Septic embodies robust, enriched and highly specific microbes, which are highly competent at degrading the organic matter that enters the septic tank. These microbes help in restoring of biological health of septic tank systems. Microbes in Bioclean Septic are empowered to maintain the working efficiency of the septic tank, thus combating the common problems of overflow, backups, seepage of untreated sewage and foul odour emission. Microbial technology bestow added benefits of operational cost saving and enhanced longevity to septic tanks!

Microbes present in Biolclean Septic constantly break-down the volatile fatty acids present in the system in to carbon dioxide and water, thereby eliminating one of the root cause of foul stench. These end products can be eliminated easily. These microbes also compete with pathogenic bacteria in the system for nutrients, and outnumber them, thus eliminating them form the system. The seepage of such water into the water table thus will not have any adverse impacts

The microbes in Bioclean Septic are facultative in nature and can be commissioned in both anaerobic and aerobic conditions in septic tank. An added benefit of employing Bioclean Septic is that the microbes start their action of biodegradation in the pipeline itself thereby ensuring that the septic system is clean and free from undesirable blockages. This further reduces the need of frequent pump-outs. In the wake of perturbing environmental problems like water scarcity, it is also noteworthy that Bioclean Septic degrades the sewage efficiently, thus water can be efficiently recycled.

Our society suffered from a major issues of clogged drainage pipelines, septic tank overflows and aggregated sludge volumes in the septic tank. The clogged drainage lines were a root source of foul odour. Within couple of months of Bioclean Septic application, all these issues were eliminated.

We were often perturbed with the issue of excessively clogged drainage lines in our hotels. Frequently used chemical agents eventually corroded the septic system pipelines. Bioclean Septic has eliminated all these issues deftly. It also has significantly lowered the overall operational costs.

  • What is septic system?
Septic system is an on-site system, which is specially designed to dispose gray water waste in a secure manner. Gray water encompasses laundry wastes and household wastes.

  • What common problems are encountered in septic tank?
    a. Foul odour generation
    b. Slow flushing in toilets
    c. Backflow / reverse flow of gray water in toilets
    d. Septic tank overflows
    e. Sludge and other solids accumulation in septic tanks
    f. Wet patches on land

  • How do septic systems work?
A septic system quintessentially consists of “holding tank” sheltering naturally occurring microbes. These microbes disintegrate human waste in to simpler compounds, which on discharge into the environment does not cause any harm.

  • What is the life span of septic system?
Ideally, the average life span of septic system is 30 years. However, massive abuse of the septic tank lead to perpetual problems of clogging of drainage pipes, emission of stench, sewage backup in to home, etc.

  • How does Bioclean Septic work?
Bioclean Septic consists of natural microbial isolates which have been selectively cultivated for their favorable characteristics. These microbial strains are highly robust and several times more efficient than the natural biota found in the septic tank. These microbes biologically digest complex organic wastes and convert them in to water and carbon dioxide. These microbes, when flushed through toilets, get deposited anywhere in plumbing system and help in breakdown of fats, oil and grease build-up in the pipeline.

  • How is Bioclean Septic better than other commercially available products?
Bioclean Septic comprises of consortia of microbes which digest the complex organic compounds like protein, cellulose, starch, FOGS, detergents and total organic carbon (TOC). These wastes have a tendency to clog drainage pipes. The microbes present in Bioclean Septic are highly efficient and can easily absorb variable shock loads. Bioclean Septic encompasses multiple strains which bestow upon the product, broad-spectrum capabilities, which are greater than those of other microbial, enzymatic or chemical based product. It is not only the microbial count but also the type of microorganism that governs the end result of the product.

  • Is Bioclean Septic economical?
This product reduces the dependency and use of expensive chemicals. The expenses incurred for regular maintenance is a small price to pay for conservation of septic system and environment.

  • What is the dosage of Bioclean Septic?
Prior to the commencement of Bioclean Septic program, it is recommended to completely clean the septic tank. Initially, a loading dose of 250 gm per day of Bioclean Septic for 1000 gallons of gray water should be used for one week. After loading dose, 250 gm Bioclean Septic should be used for 1000 gallons, once a month, to keep your system trouble-free.

  • How do I apply Bioclean Septic?
For each application of Bioclean Septic, the product needs to be flushed down the drainage lines along with water. Each time the product should be applied to a different outlet including toilet, basin, sink, bath, etc. A regularized regime of dose application should be followed, starting from the top floor and moving towards the bottom floor. This regime should be followed on a monthly basis to have a clog free drainage line and odourless septic system.

  • What is the shelf life of Bioclean Septic?
The microbes used in Bioclean Septic are micro-encapsulated hence; they possess a shelf life for 2 years from the date of packaging.

  • What are the storage conditions for Bioclean Septic?
There is no specific requirement for storage of Bioclean Septic. It can be stored at room temperature in a dry place away direct contact of sunlight.

 There are no Case studies.
