SECTION 1- What happens to all your personal information in our database?

Whenever you make a purchase on the online store, you are required to fill in your personal details like your name, address and email address. We also receive your computers internet protocol address when you browse through our website as a part of the process to learn about your browser and operating system. We may evens end you emails about our online store, product range and new updates, with your consent.

How does Organica Biotech obtain my consent?  

Whenever a customer provides us with their personal information for an online transaction and place an order, we consider that as a consent for collecting it and using it only for the specified purpose.
In case we ask a customer for their personal information for any other purpose such as marketing, we ask for required consent which is optional and depends on the customer.

Is there any way in which I can withdraw my consent?

When you choose the direct payment gateway to complete your transaction, HDFC stores your credit card details. It is then encrypted by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. This information is then stored only for as long as it takes to complete the online transaction, after which the information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways have to adhere to the standards laid by the PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of major brands like MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. This ensures the secure handling of credit card information during any online transaction.

SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The third-party services will collect and use your information only to an extent that may be necessary by them to provide the said service. However, payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, each have their own privacy policy with respect to the information that we
are required to provide to them for online transactions. It is thus advisable that you read the privacy policy of these providers in order to know how they would handle your personal information. Also in the event of carrying out a transaction with a third party service provider that is located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction, your personal information is subject to the
laws of the jurisdiction in which that service provider is located. When you leave our online store or are redirected to a third-party application or website, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service are no longer applicable.

The Organica Biotech reserves the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. In order to stay updated, do review the policy from time to time. Any change or clarification will be effective immediately on their posting on the website. In case of any material changes to the policy, the customers will be updated to be informed how their personal details will be collected and used/stored. In the event of a merger with another company, all your information stored with us will be passed on to the new owners in order that we may continue to sell products to you.
