Job Specifications:

  • Be a member of the business development team for promoting Sanitation business Pan India and meeting the Company targets.
  • Prepare a plan to em panel dealers for Sanitation business (right from shortlisting the dealers,
  • Pitching/promoting our business, process of enlisting, amount to be taken as Security Deposit
  • End to end process and execution setting for the dealer business including the payment strategy.
  • Prepare techno – commercial proposals for customers, follow up to getting orders and executing the suppliers
  • Maintain relation with the dealer (min 2 visits a week)
  • Calling up all the leads that reaches the department
  • Business Coordination with internal and external customers
  • Scheduling appointments, follow ups for the payments.

Person specifications:

  • Preferably a science graduate
  • Experience for 2 to 5 years from construction or sanitary background
  • Must have a good connection with dealers of construction companies/Sanitary companies;
  • Has in depth knowledge and hands on experience of dealer enrollment
  • Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi & English
  • Can handle pressure situations
  • Willing to travel
