Job Description:

  • Responsible for Market Development projects in Maharashtra to begin with and later on extend to other States.
  • Develop a favorable image for Organica Biotech and its products in the markets in Maharashtra by undertaking various promotional and PR campaigns.
  • Based on in depth studies in customer behavior at farmers, consultants, dealers and distributors levels, develop training programs for our field staff with the objective of enhancing the acceptance of our products.
  • Conduct a detailed study on the regulatory requirements relating to our products for sale in different States in the country and ensure compliance.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for growing our business and guide operational teams on planning and execution.
  • Liaison with Governments both at the Center and State levels to exploit business opportunities in the Government sector.
  • Any other jobs, functions allocated to you by the management from time to time

Person Specifications:

  • B.sc / Msc Agriculture
  • 2 – 5 years experience in promoting sales of Agriculture inputs with a reputed company.
  • Industry Type: Concept selling agri inputs (Micro nutrients, seed, specialty products)
  • Good communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi.
  • Good knowledge of crops and issues and a strong network of farmers and dealers in local markets
  • Should be outcome oriented
  • Excellent Ms Office skills in preparing reports, excel formulas etc
  • Willingness to travel Pan India
